Before the incident
Employees state we were doing VEIS off a ladder into me second floor training center. My low air alarm sounded quickly even though I had 3000 psi & bottle was open. This slowed my search because I kept messing with it. This also worked me up. I then went the wrong way on the hose continuing to work myself up My face suctioned as well & SCBA disfunctioned. Once I got out I was very worked up. I went into hyperventilating & very lightheaded. I went into the bay. [REDACTED] was there. He got Trainng Officer. I laid down and had vitals assessed. I was tachycardic & hypotensive (130 HR & 100 60). My HR continue to be 110-120 bpm
