Before the incident
Employee states in part Captain I was standing with several other people outside of the bay when an employee who was excited about the MDA drive seemed to come in for a hug. They pounded both fists unbelievably hard on my back. It was like being punched. They immediately apologized realizing how hard they hit me. I felt it all the way thru my chest. I had mid thoracic back pain that radiated up to my shoulder blades. This pain continued to get worse accompanied with nausea despite taking 800 mg of ibuprofen
