Contusion to left foot as EE dropped a piece of 12x24 tile on top of foot. EE was wearing Hoss safety toe boots.;;dropped a piece of 12x24 tile on the top of the foot when putting it on the viewing board it was hot to the touch missed the lip of the viewing board and dropped the tile on his foot he was supposed to wear special gloves with hot tile it was 12x24 inches either 9 mm or 10 mm thick the tile weighed approximately 7-8 pounds. He was wearing Hoss safety toe boots. The tile hit on the top of the foot. no restrictions but used a boot.
