Getting a drive shaft from the storager rack
What happened
Employee was getting drive shafts off of the rack and had one hand on the end of the shaft to balance and guide it to the cart when the other end caught on part of the racking. Which made the end his hand was on leaver up smashing his hand in between the shaft and the others that were on the rack above.
