TM was on Yale [REDACTED] on aisle 74 or 76 at D or E level when they grabbed a case from location. As they placed the case onto their pallet they said they felt their OP shake and lost their footing and right foot and stepped between the pallet board which caused pain to their ankle. TM refused medical treatment was given and ice pack and referred to follow up with onsite DPT for preventative first aid.
