What happened
Around [REDACTED] [REDACTED] approached myself at the ship 2 desk to report a possible injury she incurred while picking on the OP. I brought [REDACTED] to the front conference room to go over her options. She originally planned to seek medical treatment on her own. Once she was seen at Clark Memorial Hospital the physician advised her to contact work comp and schedule follow up appointments for physical therapy. [REDACTED] then returned to the warehouse and Medcor was called. She is currently scheduling a follow up appointment with Baptist Occupational.
