At the same time a post-sterilization operator was lifting a bag of syringes to place onto the Gaylord container and did not see the employee behind him. The operator from post sterilization hit [REDACTED] on her right hip with the bag of syringes.As [REDACTED] stepped back from the impact she accidentally made contact with one of the tables in the post-sterilization area. She reported experiencing pain and noted a bruise on her right hip.[REDACTED] was contacted and the employee was referred to the clinic for further evaluation.
