What happened
I had gotten a stackable tray down from the OR and when I went to pick it up and move from the case cart to the sink the bottom half fell out and I went to catch it I heard my arm pop. At the time I did not think anything of the pop but as the days went on my arm and neck have started to hurt more and more.
