What happened

The patient requested to speak to a patient advocate.went to speak to patient along with the SSU manager. The patient started off with saying that he was going to sue the hospital and had talked to his attorney. I told him that because he 's contacted his attorney. all communication should cease and that his attorney could reach out to our Risk Management department. He said ok and then the manager informed him that the Dr. said that he was ready to go if his troponin test came back good and it did. He got angry jumped up and chased us into the hallway. I pushed my badge but it didn 't connect. Security did come up and we went back in so the manager could take out his IV. He told us that he doesn 't hit women. repeated it twice. But then he said that he busted his daughter-n-law 's teeth out of her mouth yesterday. Upon exiting the room. he started yelling at security guard and asking him if he wanted to see is private part
