What happened
The nurse and I entered the patient room to get the patient cleaned up. After cleaning the patient we lowered the bed into the [REDACTED] position to be able to use gravity to pull the patient up in the bed. As we were pulling the patient up. it felt like the patient 's weight shifted and I heard what sounded like a popping sound and felt an immediate pain in my lower back.
