Before the incident
I was finishing the evening duties and prepping for coworker night shift at the patient client home.
What happened
Bringing in an item from the garage at patient home with two steps and a landing before the doorway. Somehow I either missed the step or caught up on a step. Head hit the open end of the door causing large laceration and jarring of neck and upper body. I immediately felt blood flowing. Felt pain all over and my eyes just wanted to close.
