Before the incident
Taking a walk during morning leadership meeting
What happened
During our morning huddle with the leadership team our team leader suggested we take a walk outside. As we walked near the front entrance by the garage area I was using my walker as usual. The pavement in that area was uneven and my walker caught on the uneven surface causing it to tip. I did not fully fall but I landed on my walker which resulted in pain and swelling in my right hand. I sustained a minor abrasion on the knuckle of my right index finger which required a Band-Aid. The finger is now swollen and painful.
