What happened
The therapist attempted to allow the patient to stand at the bedside. The patient then sat down on the edge of the bed and was unable to move himself back into bed. He was laying across the bed sideways. We then had to pull. twist and lift patient back into bed. When twisting and pulling the patient my back was injured.
