What happened
Liquid (water cleaner) seeped down employees arm and under the Green Gloves he was wearing. Overtime the Mixture of Soap and water soaked the White Cotton glove that was worn under the Green Glove. When the employee went to remove his PPE at the end of his shift that is when the pain began because he was pulling a soaked cotton glove off his damaged Back hand.
