Before the incident
Employee was assisting a co-worker with placement adjustment of angled material at the blue goose press when the top material slipped off falling backward onto IW forearm.
What happened
Employee was attempting to maneuver the top material when the angled metal shifted causing the material to begin to fall. The IW instinctively attempted to cradle the material allowing the edge of the metal to strike her forearm.

A laceration to the inner forearm left side approximately 2 in length requiring sutures.
