The EE was cleaning sanitizing a cheese tote dumper machine using a high-pressure water hose and nozzle.

EE was cleaning a tote dumper with a water hose when she had take a couple of steps backward and tripped over a tote pallet causing her to fall backward and hitting the back of her head on a wall. This injury resulted in a concussion without loss of consciousness.
