The Driver Arrived To Pick Up Client [REDACTED] Who Was In A Wheelchair. The Clients Daughter Positioned The Wheelchair At The End Of The Sidewalk But Did Not Engage The Wheelchair Brakes Before Walking Away. As The Driver Rounded The Corner Of The Bus To Meet The Client They Observed That The Wheelchair Was Unsecured And At Risk Of Rolling Off The Curb. The Driver Immediately Rushed To Prevent The Client From Falling However During The Intervention The Wheelchair And Client Tipped Over Landing On The Drivers Leg And Knee Resulting In Injury.
