The [REDACTED] Driver Was Struck By A Vehicle That Crossed Over The Double Yellow Line In An Attempt To Overtake The Bus While The [REDACTED] Driver Was Making A Left Turn Onto [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. The Impact Occurred At The Front Of The Bus Causing Damage To The Bike Rack Misalignment Of The Front Wheel And A Dent On The Left Driver-side Bumper. Upon Arrival At The Scene Two Passengers Reported Injuries Specifically Pain In Their Right Hand And Shoulder. Ems Assessed Both Passengers And One Was Transported To Charles Regional Hospital For Further Evaluation. After Speaking With The Adverse Driver They Admitted Fault And Stated That Their Insurance Company Also Confirmed They Were At Fault. The Driver Stated On The Scene That He Was Okay And Did Not Need Any Medical Attention. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Driver Came In And Stated That His Finger And Shoulder Is Paining. Driver Had Been Working Since.
