Lifting pt. to standing position with the assistance of an aide and gait belt from the chair to his bed. [REDACTED]. was supposed to push up with his arms from the chair as we were lifting him so he could use his walker. [REDACTED]. is 6 ' 7 and 143.3 kg. [REDACTED]. did not adequately push himself up and myself and the aide had to physically lift him to keep him from falling backward. I instantly felt sharp pain in my lumbar region on both the right and left sides
