Bariattic around 350 lbs post surgical patient arrived from [REDACTED] to room 721. Patient unable to tramsfer independently due to anesthetic sleepy. With the assistance of charge nurse and 3 other co-workers incluiding this coworker reporting the incident we tramsfered patient from gurney to bed with the assistance of a transfer divice . After transfering patient this coworker experienced discomfort to Mid-back between shoulder blades .By the end of the shift back discomfort increasing.
