STANDING NEAR SOME ROLLS OF PAPER RETREIVING 1 OF THE ROLLS
What happened
Forklift Operator was putting paper away driving backwards. 17 Spiral Operator walked over to retrieve a roll of paper from the roll stand and stepped into the aisle way with his back to the forklift. As he did the forklift hit his right side pushing him around and down to the floor. As he fell to the floor he hit the back right side of his head on the concrete which required 3 stitches and his right foot was caught under the carriage which resulted in a fractured bone at the top of his foot.
