I was at nurses station standing just outside and i saw a brief on the computer table and I went to get it and I tripped and fell on my knee. As i fell i reached out to try to catch myself but I was not fast enough and fell very hard on my left knee. My arms fell onto the computer station and my left arm was sore at the shoulder.
