Before the incident
Had to lift a very heavy patient. We used a four-person lift but it was still impossible to do the lift in a correct ergonomic manner due to the lack of space available. I felt a twinge in my lower back at about L4L5 just after the lift. It has not gotten better and the pain has spread to my left hip as well.
