Before the incident
a nurse and two [REDACTED]s were checking orthostatic vitals on a patient. A third [REDACTED] was involved for extra support since her blood pressure was low previously and had a previous fainting episode. After we finished vitals we attempted to move the patient a couple steps to the chair. Although three people were involved only the nurse and one NA had contact with the patient and the other [REDACTED] was assisting with other things such as the IV pole and catheter. As the patient began to ambulate her legs gave out and this [REDACTED] had ahold of her in the front with a gait belt and pulled me down and forward. at that time the nurse and other [REDACTED] were assisting to keep her from completely falling and move the chair for her to be placed in. After we were unable to get her into the chair the other [REDACTED] pushed the staff assist button to get help because the patient was basically on the floor. I was unable to let go of the patient and had to keep holding her up because
