While cleaning a laproscopic tray in Decontamination I placed my left hand into the water trying to grab stringer instrument a Backhaus towel clamp it was facing upwards in the water and the pointy part struck through my glove and hit my finger in the water and penetrated the skin of my middle finger causing it to bleed.
