Inserting a central line

I had just finished up inserting a central line and was behind the head of the pt.bed still. I was leaving the head of bed walking around over a ventilator and tripped over vent. wall oxygen tubing causing me to fall against the bed vent and floor. Hit my head on the vent and landed on my left hip and lower left back. This caused a small laceration to my left forehead and discomfort to my left hip leg and back. Witnessed by bedside RN.
