I was lifting a patient to get him out of a chair and into the restroom. while we were lifting him i felt a pull in my back and experienced sudden nausea and sick to my stomach. a little while after i had went to the bathroom and had bloody stool and still sick to stomach and feeling a pinching pain in my right lower back.brought this up to the charge nurse [REDACTED] and she along with another coworker had told me to put this form in.
