presents to the emergency department for evaluation of a right foot injury that occurred 20 minutes prior to arrival. Patient reports that she works on the fourth floor of the hospital and was rolling a patient in her specialty bed to the ICU. While rolling the bed down the hallway the bed rolled over her right foot. Since then she has an aching pain on the top of her right foot that occasionally radiates into her toes and is currently rated as a 5 out of 10.
