[REDACTED] RN was taking care of an obese confused patient with [REDACTED] in [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] nightshift. Patient was redirectable; hence no sitter was required at that time. However pt needed constant repositioning and needed to be pulled up in bed frequently and this was done multiple times during the shift by [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] also soiled on himself requiring couple bed changes. Toward the end of her shift [REDACTED] felt a twinge in her R chest.
