Before the incident
turning patient with incontinence change with help of CNA and bed lift draw sheet. I turned to side to move around bed and felt weakness numbness in left hip like it was going to give out. took another step started to limp then began to walk it out. Weakness stiffness pain continued began to increase till end of shift. I thought I was tired and needed to rest but when I returned home I could barely bear weight left hip to go upstairs in apartment with out pain weakness. Symptoms did not resolve ongoing.
