While walking from the patient parking lot to the staff parking lot I stepped over a curb and caught my foot causing me to trip and fall onto a concrete slab. I landed on both hands and knees experiencing immediate pain and difficulty moving. Due to my inability to bear weight or walk I was assisted into a wheelchair and taken to the Emergency Department for evaluation.
