I was performing patient care on a 220kg patient who has bilateral below the knee amputations. Pt needed foley catheter and due to body habitus I was assisting holding patient 's pannus out of the way for the provider to attempt placing a difficult foley catheter. The weight of the patient and the body positioning needed to help hold resulted in pain in my lower right back that progressed to severe shortly after the cares were performed.
