What happened
Production team member was working on the production floor on line 1. The TM was in the process of reducing the flow speed of the trays on Line 1 and walked to the nearby control panel to make the adjustment. After completing the adjustment TM returned to the line and encountered a dough tray that had been left on the floor. TM slipped on the tray and fell in a splitlike position experiencing immediate and intense pain in the hamstring area.
