Team Member 1 and 2 were delivering to store 6968. Team [REDACTED] 1 was in the trailer getting product ready to put on the lift gate. Team [REDACTED] 2 notified team [REDACTED] 1 that they were lowering the liftgate from the outside of the trailer so team [REDACTED] 2 can remove and deliver product to the store. When team [REDACTED] 1 was ready to take the stack of product out on the lift gate team [REDACTED] 1 was walking backward and misjudged his steps causing him to fall out of the trailer landing on his back and hitting his head on ramp.
