Before the incident
Team member was in the process of cross stacking Butter pan trays on line 2 in the cross stack room.
What happened
TM was in the process of Cross stacking Butter pan dough trays. While starting a new stack a build up of trays on the line causing trays to jam on the conveyor causing trays to flip off the conveyor. It is at this time the TM reached with her right hand to take a tray that was jammed causing trays to flip and fall on top of each other. One of the flipping trays struck the posterior face and right index finger.
