TM (team member) was in the process of cleaning the tray wash area. When discarding the waste barrel the team member tilted the barrel emptying its contents on the trash compactor. While tilting the barrel the team member shook the barrel to get all contents out when they felt tightness in the lower back area specifically the middle and sides.
