TM was climbing onto platform of truck to count boxes.
What happened
TMs vehicle was parked on the dock ramp. In order to fully extend the lift gate to use it truck needs to be on a flat surface. Instead of moving truck to a flat surface TM half extended his lift gate and used it as a step. TM used his left foot leg first to hoist himself onto platform and then placed right foot onto platform. TM 's feet were not secure on the platform and slipped off causing TM to fall straight. When TM slipped off both legs scraped the metal platform causing lacerations and punctures.
