TM was attempting to load dough onto his trailer on the cold dock. While the TM was moving a stack of dough off the pallet the stack shifted causing a portion of it to lean up against another stack. While attempting to shift trays back in line to return stack of dough to its upright position the tray shifted and landed on the TM 's left wrist.
