Before the incident
The Employee was administering medication to a resident when she noticed a bottle of medication at bedside that was prohibited.
What happened
When the Employee informed the resident that the medication would need to be placed in the med cart the resident stood up out of bed and demanded the medication be given back and grabbed the Employee 's hair pulling her neck back and to the side. Then the resident put their arm around the Employee 's neck so she could not move pulled her right wrist behind her back and twisted upward.
