What happened
It was break time and [REDACTED] was leaving the roof. [REDACTED] had a 28 ' ladder set up that the crew had to use in order to exit the roof. [REDACTED] started climbing down the ladder with nothing in hands. As he got past the halfway point he stated that the ladder felt wobbly and he started to loose his footing. [REDACTED] was unable to reset himself on the ladder and had to position his body to jump off the ladder onto the ground.
