[REDACTED] was downwind and the sawdust blew in [REDACTED] 's direction. Sawdust was able to get in [REDACTED] 's eye. [REDACTED] was wearing his everyday eyeglasses at the time and not the proper safety glasses. [REDACTED] told [REDACTED] he had sawdust in his eye.
