[REDACTED] was working on below grade waterproofing for the [REDACTED] project. The project consisted of people working in areas above him sometimes causing sand to fall and [REDACTED] 's crew were using a blower on the jobsite to clean their work areas as well. Around the lunch timeframe [REDACTED] 's left eye began to bother him. The irritation came on gradually. There was not a specific moment that he knew something penetrated his eye. [REDACTED] went to the gas station at lunch to get eye drops. The eye drops were able to slightly calm the irritation but not eliminate. [REDACTED] called [REDACTED] who informed him to return to the shop and flush out his left eye. After the flush his eye was feeling better and he felt that whatever had gotten in his eye had now come out. We chose to take [REDACTED] to a medical professional to make sure the issue was resolved.
