What happened
While removing a 80 gallon water heater from job site [REDACTED] [REDACTED] 's footing slipped and caused him to slid backwards resulting and right knee injury. [REDACTED] was lowering the water heater and appliance cart from porch (4-5 steps) down to ground level [REDACTED] was on the bottom holding it up. He then slipped and lost control resulting in his right knee slide out causing some pain in it.
