What happened
[REDACTED] had a normal Fiday at work. No identifiable physical issues to report. When the day was over and he returned home around [REDACTED] he noticed swelling around his surgical procedure he had completed just [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] called St. Mary 's nurse line. It was recommended that he be seen within one week if the swelling does not go away. In [REDACTED] 's mind he had seen and gone through this once before and he was nervous that the same issue may be happening again. He chose to be seen at the ER around [REDACTED]. An ultrasound was completed and fluid was found in the swelled location. A second ultrasound was completed for safety precautions before the draining. Once the draining of the fluid was completed [REDACTED] was sent home.
