While getting the resident dressed she tried pulling his bottoms while resident held on to the railing but he couldn 't hold on to the railing or stay standing long enough for him to get his bottoms pulled up so employee tried several times until she finally got them pulled up. After a while employee started feeling pain while standing and walking in her lower middle part of her back.
