Stacking bundles of product on a cart trolley.
What happened
EE was stacking bundles (roughly 65-70 lbs) 3 tiers high. While reaching up to stack 3rd bundle EE stated he help a sharp pain in his lower back which caused him to fall backwards off the cart trolly he was standing on (roughly 1.5 feet above floor level). EE landed on his feet caught himself also causing a contusion to his right foot.
