[REDACTED] reached near die to grab the pullback. when doing so his right index finger came into contact with the edge of the suspended steel causing a cut. the steel is slightly above the pullback. TM was not wearing gloves. He thought [REDACTED] told him to take the pullbacks off at the pre-pierce but he actually meant help him move the die. Then [REDACTED] was trying to put the pull back on and [REDACTED] moved the die and it hit the pullback arm and his hand slipped and hit the coil steel that was above his hand. Top of right pointer finger was cut. [REDACTED]: Told [REDACTED] to shut off pressure then locked machine out and moved die ~12 back. [REDACTED] came and said he cut his finger and [REDACTED] got [REDACTED].
