Was on a field trip she was assisting a student to get off the ground after falling the student yanked pulled on her right arm and she felt pain to her right upper arm shoulder. Denies any cuts applied ice heat took [REDACTED] w no pain relief. EE has a tightness w soreness to her right shoulder into her upper arm. EE is unable to raise her right arm out to the side and then raise her arm over her head level stating she can only raise her arm to shoulder level.
