Employee was picking up a box (3902693) of two full cases of [REDACTED] in it and was putting it on the top shelf of the audit rack. When she tilted the box to put it on the top rack one inner pack of the [REDACTED] (6.5 lbs) fell out and hit her on the right side of her head. Ice pack was applied to the area. Employee returned from lunch and stated she had a headache and was feeling light headed. Employee was put to help ship the project so she was able to sit down. Reminded employee
