Before the incident
I was getting a trash bag for my cart when I turned around to walk back to my pallet jack I tripped over the platform with pallets causing me to fall on both knees. I then sat on edge of platform to wait to be able to stand up. This was between aisles 38 and 39 at [REDACTED]. I went to tell my supervisor at [REDACTED]. My supervisor wasn 't here [REDACTED] ([REDACTED]) so I talked to the Receiving supervisor [REDACTED].

I had turned to get a trash bag and when I turned back around I thought I had cleared a platform of totes. I tripped and fell to both of my knees.
